Providing network infrastructure, hardware, software and enterprise services for offices to run their business in a large enterprise environment. Provides network and database administration, device management, and administers processes, services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organization's internal and external clients.
Skills needed:
On-prem Active Directory + Azure AD (hybrid)
AD Group Policy, AD Replication, AD Site & Services, DNS.
Office 365 suites, MS Teams, Sharepoint.
Windows File Share
Windows Update Server (SUS)
Windows 10/11/2019/2022 (install, troubleshoot, support, fix issues)
Phone systems knowledge Zoom, Five9, MS Teams.
Hardware Troubleshooting/Repair (PC, Laptop, Printers)
