We Guide, You Grow LLC is recruiting a Plumbing Operations & Business Development Manager for a family-owned business in McDonald, PA.

Are you a skilled plumber with the drive to build and lead? We’re looking for a Plumbing Operations & Business Development Manager who’s ready to take charge of our day-to-day operations and help grow the business.

You’ll be the go-to expert in the field, managing projects, mentoring junior plumbers, and working directly with the owner to scale the company.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage plumbing operations, installations, and repairs

Supervise field crews and ensure high-quality work

Oversee job scheduling, materials, and project timelines

Interface with customers, vendors, and contractors

Identify new business opportunities and assist in client acquisition

Help hire and train new plumbing team members

Report directly to ownership with performance insights and growth ideas

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed plumber with 5+ years of experience

Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of residential/commercial plumbing systems

Highly organized and great at problem-solving

Passion for customer satisfaction and team development

Comfortable taking initiative and driving results

What You’ll Get:

$80,000 base salary PLUS BONUS
