Experienced Transactional Attorney
We are a five attorney commercial law firm focusing on business transactions, commercial real estate and estate planning. While the range of legal services we provide for our clients is broad, most can be categorized into the following general groups:

Corporate / Limited Liability Company / Partnership Law
We are seeking a transactional attorney with 8+ years of experience. Our firm focuses on a broad range of business transactions, and we are looking for someone to help service our book of business and take over projects with minimal oversight. The person should have strong contract drafting skills and have significant experience in areas such as M&A transactions, corporate law, commercial real estate, commercial loans, or general commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience. A transferable book of business is not necessary.
Responsibilities
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate.
Negotiate terms and agreements on behalf of clients in various legal matters.
Provide legal advice on transactions and corporate / LLC / partnership law.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain organized records of legal proceedings and client communications.
