The Global Desktop Engineering team is part of the Global Information & Digital Technology department, which is rapidly growing and responsible for driving the digital transformation at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies. You will be surrounded by dedicated and skilled colleagues who are committed to developing stable, efficient, and compliant IT solutions. We prioritize simplicity and agility in everything we do. We are seeking a resourceful and analytical individual with a solid understanding of IT. Additionally, it is important that you are service-minded and a team player. Since the role includes administrative tasks, strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are crucial. Proficiency in MS365 tools is essential, as the role involves creating and maintaining IT knowledge bases and SharePoint sites.
As a Student Assistant in the Global Desktop Engineering team, you will be involved in managing End-User Computing (EUC), which includes PCs, mobile phones, hardware, software, and meeting rooms. You will closely collaborate with our 2nd and 3rd level support teams. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in various IT projects that will enhance your learning and professional growth.
Candidates should have a good knowledge of hardware and software, along with strong teamwork and collaboration skills to interact effectively within diverse teams.
