Senior Project Engineer – Space Systems

Join an innovative team supporting LEO, DOD & Science space missions. Work on environmental & life support systems and active thermal control systems. Collaborate with senior engineering leadership to drive product development from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional engineering efforts

• Manage technical planning, execution, and reporting

• Perform CAM duties (cost, schedule, scope, EVMS)

• Coordinate team meetings and drive action item closure

• Act as the technical point of contact across departments

• Support root cause analysis and issue resolution

• Contribute to proposals and develop BOEs

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in STEM + 5 years' experience

– OR – Master’s + 3 years – OR – 9 years without a degree

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

Direct customer interaction: daily, weekly, and quarterly
