SUMMARY: The Data Entry Specialist – Cultivation Systems is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely data entry within Acumatica and other company systems, specifically related to cultivation operations. The incumbent will ensure data integrity by validating, auditing, and troubleshooting discrepancies across cultivation records, inventory, and reporting. This position also plays a key role in monitoring plant inventory, managing production spreadsheets, and supporting data governance initiatives to ensure clean, consistent, and reliable reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Enters cultivation data in Acumatica or any other company’s system with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Validates and audits for errors inconsistencies and missing information; correct or escalates issues as needed.
· Monitors, tracks, and reports inventory of plants, cultivation supplies and materials, including but not limited to in situ plant counting, tagging and reporting.
· Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data input.
· Monitors data workflows and helps enforce standardized processes for data governance and quality control.
· Collaborates with Cultivation Management to ensure accuracy of data being reported.
· Manages Acumatica’s reporting environment or other company systems.
· Maintains accurate information in production spreadsheets.
· Supports initiatives for data integrity and data normalization.
· Troubleshoots deficiencies/differences the reporting data.
· Manage inputs and outputs in Acumatica and in control sheets.
· Performs final crop counts prior to harvest to ensure that harvest totals are accurately reflected in the tracking software.
· Reconciles tracking software with physical plant inventory on a weekly basis or as needed and prepares inventory discrepancy reports for management review.
· Verifies system data to confirm that the number of plants reported matches physical counts on cultivation benches, and updates records to maintain accurate, real-time inventory status.
· Executes ad-hoc projects and other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
· Regularly perform various repetitive motions such as carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, bending/crouching, stooping, reaching and stretching.
· Must be able to move, carry, lift and push up to 30 pounds.
· Must be able to work in a high temperature and humid environment (greenhouses).
· Grasping, holding and other repetitive movements involving wrists and hands are required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High School diploma or GED, preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, required.
