Description:
Work closely with the kitchen team and Executive Chef to ensure that our dishes are executed perfectly and in a timely manner through service. The line cook will tackle all projects related to the BOH, including but not limited to:
-Prepping out your station
-Working a station throughout service and upholding all Watershed K&B standards
-Menu item creation and execution
-Maintaining a clean work environment
-Unpacking, putting away and breaking down produce orders
Requirements:

-Attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to think on your feet and adjust to the situation at hand

-Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job including standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, and kneeling
-Work with potential allergenic properties involved in food preparation
