Essential duties include:
Manage all aspects of the patient intake process including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources
Respond to customer requests and concerns
Manage the insurance verification and authorization process
Organize work and complete assignments in a timely manner
Schedule patient visits and follow up on patient issues and MD orders
Qualifications:
Hospice experience required
Strong Hospice experience in order to supply support in qualifying appropriate patient during intake process
Professional behavior to have clinically supportive conversations with patients and families to create an ease in the hospice admission process
