About the Role The QMA at Solarbron Terrace plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care team, ensuring that all residents receive personalized attention and assistance tailored to their individual needs.

The QMA will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to implement care plans and monitor the health and well-being of residents.

Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring staff to foster a compassionate and efficient care environment.

Ultimately, the QMA will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere for all residents at Solarbron Terrace.

Job Responsibilities * Supervise and support the care team in delivering high-quality care to residents.

* Provide training and mentorship to new staff members to ensure adherence to care standards.

* Engage with residents and their families to address concerns and enhance their overall experience.

Minimum Qualifications * Valid QMA certification.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Experience in a healthcare or residential care setting.

Preferred Qualifications * Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.

* Knowledge of electronic health record systems.
