Retail Sales Worker - Big Bend National Park, TX

Pay: $11/hr Housing and Meals Provided Live On-Site in a One-of-a-Kind Location

Dean's Professional Services is now hiring Retail Sales Workers to work in Big Bend National Park or Big Bend Station, TX. This is a unique opportunity to live and work on-site in one of the most stunning and remote parks in the country. Housing and all meals are provided, and transportation is available-however, bringing a personal vehicle is highly recommended.

Position Overview:

The Retail Sales Worker supports retail operations by stocking and inventorying products, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and delivering excellent customer service. This role also includes processing sales transactions and assisting guests as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide helpful, friendly service

Operate cash registers and handle sales transactions

Stock shelves and manage inventory

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the retail space

Work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Qualifications:

Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math and counting skills required

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Must be able to work independently with limited supervision

Must be able to stay through at least June 15th

Additional Details:

Uniforms and/or PPE may be required

Overtime may be authorized as needed

This position is in an extremely remote location; reliable transportation is highly recommended
