Responsibilities

Provide career counselling and guidance to help clients develop actionable plans.

Create and review professional resumes and cover letters tailored to clients' career objectives.

Write detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes.

Facilitate workshops and seminars on career development, job search strategies, skill upgrading, and computer training.

Utilize Pathways portal to deliver career training and information.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in adult education, computer training, and career counselling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Career Development, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field.

Career counselling experience.

Proven experience in adult education, skill upgrading, computer training, and career counselling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
