MRI Technologist - (MRI Tech)

Pay Rate: $2501.00 - $2882.00

MRI Tech needed asap

The primary responsibility will be MRI coverage, with the expectation that the technologist will assist the CT department if there are no MRI exams.

Please note that Siemens MRI experience is required for this position.

. Since this is an overnight position, the primary focus will be MRI, specifically handling STAT or urgent cases. However, when there are no MRI exams to be completed during the shift, this technologist will be asked to assist in CT.

Daily Caseload: 35-40 Cases per day

Rooms: 3

Working Setting Exp: Outpatient, inpatient, ER, Level 1 Trauma, Teaching Hospital

General Skills Experience: IV Starts, EKGs, PACS, Contrast

MRI Procedure Experience: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Diffusion (Non-Brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, Image Post-Processing, Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP), Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP), Perfusion, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1Weighted Images, T-2 Weighted Images

Documentation: EPIC Preferred

Equipment/Scanner Experience: Siemens

Certification: AART

Required Qualifications

MRI Technologist, Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Experience: 2 years

Certifications: MR-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; BLS-AHA

Weekends: rotating every 3rd weekend 1st shift (7a-3:30p)

SSN Required

DOB Required

References: 1 Reference in entire work history
