The Integration Engineer will automate the transformation and transport of data between multiple applications including our new data lake, and support analytics for multiple transportation businesses at a fast-growing company.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical degree or non-technical degree with relevant experience

5+ years SQL development and Data Integration experience with any tools

Experience with Relational and Non-Relational Databases

Excellent Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft SQL Databases and NoSQL Databases including structured and unstructured data

Experience with Python and/or PySpark

Experience with Data Integration and ETL Pipelines

Familiarity with Azure Data Factory

Familiarity with Azure Storage

Familiarity with Databricks

Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code

Familiarity with SOAP and RESTful web services

Responsibilities

Build large, complex data set pipelines conforming to existing architecture

Work alongside data developers, data engineers, reporting analysts, data scientists, and database administrators

Work alongside non-technical team members gathering, analyzing, translating, and implementing solutions based on business requirements

Choosing and applying design patterns and implementing best practices

Researching and learning new data integration technologies
