Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, developing financial strategies, managing financial risks, and ensuring financial compliance. Daily tasks include financial planning, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and generating financial reports. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of Cars & Bids.

Qualifications

Expertise in Financial Planning and developing financial strategies

Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements

Strong foundation in Finance and Analytical Skills

Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (CPA, CFA) preferred
