About the Role

We’re seeking a Founding Engineer to help shape the future of a fast-moving startup at the intersection of engineering, product, and growth. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll wear multiple hats, move quickly, and contribute meaningfully across the stack from day one.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives on momentum—someone who relentlessly pursues product excellence, user value, and technical innovation. You’ll help drive key product decisions and shape early user experiences in a fast-paced, experimental environment.

What We're Looking For

Strong engineering fundamentals and a rigorous CS degree

Deep drive to learn quickly and figure things out on the fly

Proven creative problem-solver with a track record of resourceful execution

Comfortable using AI tools to work faster, smarter, and more creatively

Intense ambition and drive to be world-class at whatever you do

Bonus Points For

Experience building consumer-facing products, especially in social, gaming, or AI-related spaces

A growth mindset, with a focus on rapid experimentation and metrics-driven iteration

Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience

What You'll Be Doing

Build and ship features using React; work closely with users to understand their needs and inform product direction

Tackle growth engineering problems, including funnel optimization and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) analysis

Contribute to marketing-tech initiatives by evaluating channel performance and identifying areas for experimentation

Prototype new interactive experiences for virtual personas—such as enabling users to interact with AI on screen share in playful or novel ways
