No locals accepted 50 miles or less

Patient Age Group: Adults

Documentation system: EPIC

Provider Support: Social Services

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Post acute discharge planning, authorization and referrals. No direct Utilization experience needed.

Certifications: BLS - Preferred

Work Settings: Acute Hospital - Required

Acute Hospital Experience by Specialty: ICU, MS, ER - Preferred

Case Management/Utilization Review: Care Coordination, Discharge Planning, Needs Assessment/ Order DME - Required

COMPUTERIZED CHARTING: EPIC - Required

Additional Skills: Allscripts, Post acute care referrals - Required

Electronic Documentation: EPIC - Required

Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Yes

Pay Package:

Total Hourly Pay Rate: $66.55 Per Hour

On W2(Taxable): $20.00 Per Hour

Stipend(Non-Taxable): $46.55 Per Hour

Weekly Breakdown:

Weekly Gross: $2,662.00 Per Week

On W2(Taxable): $800.00 Per Week

Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,862.00 Per Week
