Aspire Bakeries champions the values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity and Care to help us deliver on People Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Collaboration.\n\n \n \n\n The Relief Operator III is responsible for ensuring line 7 positions (Mixer, Sheeter, Oven, Packing and others) are properly covered throughout the scheduled breaks during the daily production run and filling in full time on days that require it.

\n\n \n\n Responsibilities\n\n\n\t Follow all job specific responsibilities for each area outlined in the respective job descriptions\n\t Collaborate closely with machine Operators and Leads.\n\t Follow all applicable job procedures as outlined in equipment manuals and Aspire SOPs.\n\t Through Aspire AOE training understands and uses Centerline and CIL daily management systems\n\t Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving process\n\t Performs area walk daily to detect issues & defects to help reduce and maintain waste levels\n\t Follows standard work procedures and trains others on current best approach to minimize system variation\n\t Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing improvement ideas with management and actively engaging in AOE pillar activities.\n\t\n Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules outlined in the employee handbook, including:\n\t\n\t\tMaintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment in assigned production areas and workstations.\n\t\tImmediately report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries to a supervisor or lead hand.\n\t\tUsing all required personal protective equipment.\n\t\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\nAdhere to and ensure compliance with food safety practices, including:\n\n\t\n\t\tMaintaining all tools in good repair and reporting any broken, damaged, or missing tools to a supervisor or lead hand (do not discard damaged tools).\n\t\tFollowing all GMPs, including maintaining personal hygiene, handwashing/sanitizing, and cleaning up spills (ingredients, water, debris, wood, etc.).\n\t\tReport any issues or deviations to supervisors, including immediately reporting any potential contamination or suspicious activity to line leadership.\n\t\tReporting any unusual people or behaviors to a supervisor as a part of food security protocols.\n\t\n\t\n\tAdditional tasks may be assigned as needed\n\n\n \n\n Qualifications\n\n\n\tHigh School Diploma or GED is required\n\tAt least 6 months as an Ingredient operator or related experience\n\tPrior experience in a fast-paced production or packing environment is preferred.\n\tAbility to understand and operate mixing process controls and makes adjustments when necessary.\n\tBasic knowledge of dough mixing and operating mixing equipment\n\tAbility to comprehend scale and temperature readouts\n\tAbility to document mixing and ingredients data accurately and timely\n\tAbility to write clearly and legibly and possess basic effective verbal and written skills in English.\n\tTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to work with computers and operating screens.\n\n\n \n\n Shift: 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm ( Must be able to work weekends) \n\n \n\n Benefits Designed with You in Mind\n\nAt Aspire Bakeries, we’re committed to supporting your well-being, professional growth, and financial stability.
