If you’ve got strong attention to detail and love working with data and documents, this could be the perfect fit.\n \nSchedule: Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm\nPay: $21–$22/hr\n \nWhat You’ll Do:\n\n\tCreate commercial invoices using Oracle and Excel for shipments to Mexico\n\tEnsure accurate codes and product descriptions for dental goods (e.g., implants, instruments, materials\n\tVerify export/import documentation complies with U.S.

Customs and international trade laws\n\tMaintain accurate records of all international transactions for audits and compliance\n\tGenerate reports on shipping activity, costs, and delivery performance\n\tCoordinate international shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers\n\tRespond to import/export requests from brokers and partners\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\n\n\n\tHigh School Diploma or GED\n\tStrong Excel skills (vlook up, date entry, pivot tables)\n\t55WPM for high volume data entry\n\tPrior experience in role with database navigation/management \n\tExperience with Outlook and Oracle preferred\n\tKnowledge of import/export processes a plus\n\tAbility to stay organized and accurate in a fast-moving setting\n\n \nWhat Happens Next:\nOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
