The Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day marketing efforts by executing and implementing strategy. The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include the following: campaign planning and strategy, campaign reporting, social media management, email marketing, brand website management, and project management. Additional tasks may include graphic design and content creation. The ideal candidate has excellent time management skills and is a well-rounded marketing professional.
Essential Functions
Drive email channel performance through effective strategy, content, segmentation, and personalization to achieve business objectives (sales, customer experience outcomes, etc.)
Assist in creating and maintaining marketing calendars based on the needs and goals of each brand.
Manage brand websites, including copywriting, landing page creation, link management, SEO, and creative.
Work with the internal marketing team and oversee the requested deliverables.
Create monthly marketing performance reports sharing findings, trends, and actionable insights with the marketing and sales team. (social and email)
Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
Data management - assist the email marketing team in list creation and segmentation.
On-site social media support at premier NXT Lacrosse events.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office setting as well as at outdoor sporting events.
You must be able to stand, kneel, or bend for an extended period of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and camera equipment.
Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work
This a full-time, exempt position and hours of work are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
This role will necessitate working nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or other related field preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience.
Well-rounded knowledge in all areas of marketing, including social media, email, content creation, analytics, creative, copywriting, and more.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, etc…) or other graphic design software.
Data analytics and management.
Incredible attention to detail.
Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
