Oversees retail store operations to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of programs and that the financial and operational objectives are met.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversees all store and stand employees
Creates schedule based on needs of company, availability and will review and present to Director of Operations for approval.
Assists with reports and opening/closing procedures.
Assists in reconciling end-of-day sales.
Processes new employees
Ensures Sales, Customer Conversion, and Financial Goals are achieved, and Company Standards are maintained.
Plans, coordinates and sets-up special events and promotions.
Drives brand loyalty by leading an outstanding internal and external customer experience.
Creates a Collaborative Selling Culture in the Store
Ensures Associates are trained in all selling training programs.
Leads, coaches and motivates through positive, enthusiastic brand representation and present solutions for ongoing challenges.
Leads by managing through change and adversity
Holds self and staff accountable for achievement of goals and metrics through utilizing company assessments.
Ensures all operational standards are maintained
Captures information on retail customers to enhance sales, maintain store’s client file.
Maintains communication with all Supervisors regarding product recommendations to increase sales/inventory.
Oversees the daily operation of the store ensure that objectives are met - within company mission, department mission and procedures/guidelines.
Makes recommendations in staffing decisions including employment, discipline, training, assignment and termination.
Creates a productive work environment through consistent coaching and training of the Sales Consultants.
Ensures that all practices meet applicable legal requirements, policies and procedures.
Evaluates daily operations on an ongoing basis and makes recommendations/initiates action to enhance

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma
RC experience a plus
Experience of managing a high number of staff.
Productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.
