Job Summary
To perform a variety of clerical support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage site documentation and ensure that site documents are correctly labeled, filed, and stored.
Ensure document control management is in accordance with Company procedures.
Distribute documentation to project teams and ensure that all documents are up to date
Maintain document logs, including transmittals, letters, and other documents as required
Provide administrative support to project team, including preparing document hardcopies and providing other assistance as required.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required. Normal office environment. Talking, grasping, hearing, keyboard input, seeing and writing.Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Work involves sitting for extended periods of time.
