Our client, a global mining company, is seeking an HR Manager to lead regional HR operations through a team of HR Advisors. The role includes delivering site support for HR processes, implementing regional initiatives, and coaching leaders to drive efficiency within a centralized, global HR model. What You Will Be Doing:
Partnering with internal client groups to align business plans with necessary Human Resources initiatives
Monitoring HR trends, identifying potential gaps, and proactively developing strategies to address them
Leading and developing the regional HR Advisory team in alignment with company values to achieve operational objectives
Implementing HR reporting and metrics, using data-driven insights to address emerging issues and support decision-making
Managing the delivery of HR projects and consulting with leadership to ensure alignment with global HR best practices
What You Bring To The Table:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
Proven managerial experience with extensive and progressive expertise in Human Resources and Employee Relations
Strong background in managing complex HR projects; CHRP designation preferred
Energetic, dynamic personality with the ability to challenge the status quo, think creatively, and identify improvement opportunities
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
