Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Concierge Administrator located in Haliburton, ON at Nomi Resort. The Concierge Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, coordinating reservations, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience during their stay at the resort.

Qualifications

Customer service, Hospitality, and Communication skills

Experience with reservation management and guest relations

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of the hospitality industry and local attractions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

University Administration or College Degree in Hospitality
