Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison for communication between supervision and management.
Interact with associates and guests in a friendly, professional manner; address inquiries, ensure quality service, and resolve complaints.
Conduct training sessions on food safety, sanitation, and relevant policies; utilize interactive methods to encourage participation and understanding.
Complete administrative paperwork ensuring all associate documentation is accurate, including schedules and training records.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload products.
Process product orders and provide information regarding warehouse inventory.
Pull and deliver products to locations while ensuring freshness and quality.
Maintain stock rotation and identify efficient storage methods.
Follow storage requirements for all equipment, supplies, and chemicals.
Retrieve empty containers from various locations.
Complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.
Assist with monthly inventory checks.
Provide guest service according to company standards, engaging with guests and providing assistance as needed.
Ensure cleanliness and safety within the workspace, following all safety guidelines.
Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.
Adhere to attendance policies as well as company conduct rules and grooming standards.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated initiative and commitment to maintaining a reputation for safety and service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving capabilities with patience and composure in challenging situations.
Effective time management and organizational skills for optimizing productivity.
Ability to quickly learn and communicate policies and procedures; must follow detailed instructions.
Mandatory completion of Basic Food Safety & Sanitation Training, ServSafe Training, and ServSafe Alcohol Training.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to pass mandatory drug tests as per company policy.
Successful completion of a background check, if 18 years or older.
