Job Title: Software Conversion Specialist (QuickBooks to WinTeam)

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $26 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

Contract Length: 3 to 6 months (with potential for permanent full-time employment)Position Overview:

We are a growing commercial cleaning company in Columbus, OH, seeking a Software Conversion Specialist to lead the transition of our accounting and operational systems from QuickBooks to WinTeam. This is a critical project, and we are looking for someone who is highly experienced in both QuickBooks and WinTeam, with a deep understanding of data migration, workflow optimization, and user training.

This is a contract position lasting 3 to 6 months, with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent full-time role based on performance and company needs.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of the migration from QuickBooks to WinTeam.

Analyze existing QuickBooks data structures, workflows, and reporting systems.

Customize and configure WinTeam to align with the company’s operational and accounting requirements.

Ensure accurate data transfer and validation during the conversion process.

Develop process documentation and user guides for team members.

Train internal staff on WinTeam features, processes, and best practices.

Troubleshoot technical or functional issues related to both platforms.

Serve as the liaison between our internal team and WinTeam’s support staff.Qualifications:

Proven expertise in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online) and WinTeam software.

Previous experience with data migrations or system conversions involving either platform.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and business operations in the janitorial or service-based industry is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle sensitive data with accuracy.

Experience training non-technical users on new systems is preferred.
