Job Title: Pool Service Technician

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM until jobs are completed; occasional Saturdays required

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team in the Columbus, Ohio area. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and servicing residential and commercial pools, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, and skimming

Test and adjust water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)

Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and timers

Perform minor repairs and installations as needed

Maintain accurate service records for each pool

Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and addressing concerns or questions

Drive company vehicle to various job sites around the Columbus area

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor

Previous pool service or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required (training can be provided)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 AM until jobs are completed

Some Saturdays required, especially during peak season
