Base Salary range of $60 – 80 K (based on background) with bonus potential. 401K with profit sharing.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Utilize a CMS (e.g., Drupal, Shopify) to build and maintain web pages for new product launches, promotional campaigns, and educational content such as landing pages and case studies, ensuring optimal user experience and clear calls to action.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Global Marketing and Sales Teams to execute initiatives through the Garrison ecommerce site.

Implement and manage SEO strategies within the CMS to optimize website content, metadata, and structure, enhancing organic traffic and ensuring a logical customer journey that maximizes conversion rates.

Drive continual website improvement by identifying areas for optimization, managing the website backlog, and collaborating with an external web development partner on sprint planning and execution for website features and customizations that require coding and implementation beyond the capabilities of the CMS.

Administer email strategy leveraging CRM and marketing automation software, continuously optimizing for performance based on data with the intention to achieve or exceed target sales goals.

Drive traffic to the ecommerce site through PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns, optimizing budget allocation, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.

Plan, coordinate, and administer webinars aimed at educating customers, driving engagement, and promoting products on the ecommerce platform.

Offer exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving website-related issues, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly browsing experience for customers.

Monitor competitor websites and activities, reporting insights as needed.

Stay informed about current website best practices and future trends in digital sales and marketing.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, equivalent experience considered.

2+ years of experience in relevant marketing fields, including digital marketing, website management, and/or ecommerce.

Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing Team members and cross-functionally.

Demonstrated analytical capabilities with a strong ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Experience working within Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Drupal, Shopify, or similar platforms, with a demonstrable track record of building, managing, and optimizing website content and structure to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.

Successful track record in driving traffic to e-commerce sites through PPC advertising, with a history of achieving targeted results. Working proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Knowledge of leveraging CRM systems for driving growth through email and other digital technologies.

Proficient in marketing automation setup and execution.
