Job Description

LHH has partnered with a growing consumer products company in the Dallas- Fort Worth area looking to hire a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Looking for a results-driven FP&A Manager to be a key player in shaping the financial future. As FP&A Manager, you’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering cross functionally with different business groups, operations and executive leadership. This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking meets deep analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and has a passion for translating financial data into meaningful business strategy.

Responsibilities:

Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across departments.

Evaluate customer and product profitability to guide strategic pricing and growth.

Create, automate, and maintain performance scorecards and dashboards.

Analyze marketing programs and capital projects, including ROI and post-audit evaluations.

Deliver ad hoc financial models and insights to support business decision-making.

Collaborate to streamline reporting and leverage BI tools.

Identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies.

Contribute to M&A activities—supporting due diligence, integration, and competitive analysis.

Support cross-functional projects with data insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA or MBA is a plus).

5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.

Experience working in a manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or distribution environment.

Experienced with budgeting, forecasting, and building complex financial models.

Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Advanced in Excel and familiar with BI Tools.

Comfortable working across both corporate and field operations.

Salary: $120-140K plus bonus of 10-15%
