Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP GRC Consultant to join a long-term freelance project with a leading IT solutions client. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience with the full SAP GRC suite and have the ability to advise both strategically and technically across access control, risk, and compliance domains.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and optimization of SAP GRC modules, including Access Control (ARM, ARA, EAM, BRM), Process Control, and Risk Management

Integrate SAP GRC solutions with broader SAP security and compliance architecture

Provide strategic guidance on GRC best practices, policies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR)

Support S/4HANA environments with advanced GRC configurations and controls

Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation strategies within the SAP ecosystem

Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure alignment between business processes and technical solutions

Prepare documentation, lead workshops, and deliver user training when needed

Must-Have Requirements

10+ years of SAP GRC consulting experience, including full lifecycle implementations

In-depth expertise in Access Control (ARM, ARA, EAM, BRM), Process Control, and Risk Management

Solid understanding of SAP security, S/4HANA architecture, and integration methods

Proven success in large-scale GRC projects, including upgrades and customizations

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
