Skills :

Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills:

Strong skills in CA-7 batch monitoring and scheduling techniques for a multiplatform environment, or any other equivalent scheduling tool.

Extensive knowledge of batch processing and experienced in resolving batch abends like SB-37,SE-37, Catalog issues, JCL errors. Providing immediate fixes and submitting the job from CA-7-CA11

Knowledge in TSO, ISPF, FileAID, SPOOL.

Strong skills in Unix Shell scripting.

Knowledge and experience in Endevor / any version control tool.

Have knowledge / experience in service management application such as Service-Now.

A good decision-maker, with proven success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.

An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationship/rapport quickly.
