WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will report to the CFO and will support operations and accounting. You will be responsible for the following:

1. Own the annual budgeting process – requires working across all departments to gather the appropriate information and being responsible for pulling all information together into the annual budget

2. Developing/maintaining on a monthly basis the rolling annual and look-ahead forecast to include cash forecasting, and reporting on forecast to actual

3. Helping develop/maintain a metrics and analysis dashboard

4. Provide opinions/ recommendations to help improve profits/margins based upon knowledge of the business and assessment of the data

5. Develop maintain effective relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization

6. Own the ERP Security framework/setup

7. Be one of the SMEs in the ERP setup/transactional flow and work across all business departments to provide insight where the ERP could be a helpful tool to improve business processes. You will not function alone, this will be in conjunction with others who also have in-depth ERP knowledge

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND:

· MBA in Finance, Accounting or Computer science with commensurate business experience

· CPA or CFA is a plus

· 5+ years of FP&A Experience

· MS Office Products with advanced Excel knowledge

· Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau or other dashboarding software a plus
