Overview
Our leading Legal Services Client is seeking experienced and driven Recruiters to join their dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a key player in their growing organization, you'll be instrumental in helping them build high-performing teams that drive the company’s success. The recruiting team is flexible and fungible, meaning you'll be supporting various organizations across multiple roles, with an initial focus on Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

What You’ll Do
Source & Build Talent Pipelines: Identify and source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified talent for key positions.
Screen & Interview: Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, schedule in-person interviews, and administer pre-employment tests to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Meet Recruiting Metrics: Achieve recruiting targets and meet operational needs by aligning with Talent Acquisition (TA) standards and ensuring efficiency throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to ensure recruitment processes are aligned with organizational goals, timelines, and priorities.
Timely Follow-Up: Ensure regular communication with hiring managers and candidates, providing timely updates and feedback, and ensuring the recruitment process moves forward smoothly.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with government regulations, organizational policies, and industry standards during all stages of the recruitment process.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and industry insights to provide valuable intelligence to hiring managers and leadership.
What You Have
Experience: 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for exempt, technical, and management-level positions in a fast-paced environment.
Skills: Proven expertise in effective interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment to ensure strong cultural and technical fit.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws and recruiting best practices, with the ability to navigate compliance and operational requirements.
Sourcing Expertise: Ability to attract and engage top talent through a variety of traditional and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities.
Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality in the recruitment process.
Communication & Teamwork: Exceptional client service and communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
Self-Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a self-managed environment.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent experience is also valued.
