Our sweet assistant, Bailee, has decided to pursue her teaching dreams so we’re now hiring for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT and/or Social Media Assistant for our Murrells Inlet office or WORK FROM HOME. We’re also looking for a few MOTIVATED AGENTS to help with the Hundreds of Seller and Buyer Leads we distribute each month. We are an independent, boutique-style office with a small family of agents, by design.

Primary responsibilities include: Closing Coordination, Listing/Database Management, Social Media Marketing and Contract/Document Prep. These responsibilities could be split into 2 Part-time Admins or 1 Full-time Executive Assistant – just depends on your skill level and the work you truly love.

Flexible work schedule and work-from-home is available after a short trial period.

EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! Ideal candidate MUST possess the following traits and skills:

$35,000 - $55,000 depending on depth and breath of experience and proficiency

HAPPY, High Level of Integrity, KIND, Positive Attitude, Pleasant and Professional

Proficient with all real estate apps including: Paragon, Zipforms, Showingtime, CRS, RPR, Outlook, Excel

Knowledge of Canva, Social Platforms and Video Editing if interested in the Social Media position

Strong working knowledge of the entire sales process from contract to close

Good market/area knowledge

Organized, detail-oriented and able to solve problems and learn quickly

Keep your license, if

you have one - You can sell on the side while having this full-time position

Also, we're LOOKING FOR 2-3 Motivated AGENTS to help with QUALIFIED Buyer and SELLER LEADS.

You will have leads, delivered directly to your personal CRM, from DAY 1…if you want them!

We distribute approximately 400-500 warm SELLER LEADS, per month, DIRECTLY into each agents’ CRM. This makes it easy to stay focused and organized. But, we need 2-3 few good agents to help with high quantity of leads. Don’t worry – We’ll give you a super simple system to help you convert them to listings! Oceanfront on-site opportunities also available with TONS OF Buyer LEADS….also directly into your CRM. GREAT SPLITS, of course, but it’s the IMMEDIATE BROKER SUPPORT that our agents love the most!
