Day Shift - 7:30AM - 7:30PM and Night Shift - 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

$15 - $18 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality solar panel cables, dedicated to providing sustainable energy solutions. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join their day and night shift teams!

As a Machine Operator on the night shift, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines used in the production of solar panel cables. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with machines, enjoy overtime opportunities, and are committed to delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor machines used in the production of solar panel cables, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

· Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards, making necessary adjustments to the machines when needed.

· Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and downtime, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.

· Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

· Strive to meet or exceed production targets, maximizing output while maintaining product quality.

· Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any maintenance performed.

· Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production goals and assist with tasks as needed.

· Embrace overtime opportunities to contribute to increased production when required

Qualifications

· Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

· Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

· Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.

· Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as needed.

· Safety-conscious with a focus on maintaining a hazard-free workplace.
