Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our busy office in Metairie. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls ffrom customers, listening to customer needs or issues and providing timely solutions to their problems.
Objective of the role:
Handle calls in a timely manner
Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
Maintain ownership of calls including follow-ups with the escalation team
Responsibilities include:
Communicate clearly and treat customer respectfully by going above and beyond with customer service ensuring that all questions are handled appropriately.
Create and maintain record of daily activity
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in customer service in an office
Strong active listening skills and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
FULL TIME POSITION
MONDAY - FRIDAY 8am - 5pm
$17.00 Per Hour
