Now Hiring: Fabricator/Welder

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $23–$27/hour (based on experience)

Staff-Force is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our client's team! This role involves fitting and welding equipment using structural steel and aluminum in accordance with blueprints and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and weld structural components with precision

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Perform GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, and GTAW welding

Maintain high standards of quality and safety

Requirements: Strong fabrication and blueprint-reading skills

Proficiency in multiple welding processes (GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, GTAW)

Ability to pass a hands-on weld test

Clear English communication for effective teamwork
