About the Role

As a Global Supply Chain Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying, onboarding, and managing supplier relationships to enhance the overall sourcing and procurement strategy of AH Group. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, customer management, and finance, to ensure seamless supplier integration and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding

Conduct market research and outreach to identify potential suppliers for the repair and service of AH Group’s product portfolio.

Lead supplier onboarding by serving as the single point of contact (POC) until successful integration into the AH ERP system.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sourcing, customer, and accounting teams) to ensure a smooth supplier setup process.

Negotiate pricing, discounts, and rebate structures with new and existing suppliers.

Supplier Relationship Management

Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration and efficiency.

Participate in supplier meetings (via phone or Webex) with the Global Supply Chain Manager.

Act as a liaison between AH Group and suppliers, addressing issues, escalating concerns, and ensuring resolution.

Monitor and update supplier information in the AH ERP system, including key contacts, compliance details, and performance metrics.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Develop and maintain supplier scorecards for the top 50 suppliers by spending, tracking performance on a quarterly basis.

Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and enhanced supplier collaboration.

Support the creation and execution of annual RFQs for commonly repaired components to establish fixed pricing.

Reporting & Strategic Initiatives

Provide weekly reports and insights to senior management on supplier performance, sourcing initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities.

Participate in weekly strategy meetings with senior leadership to align sourcing efforts with business goals.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of AH Group’s global supply chain operations through innovation and best practices.

Supplier Health & Risk Mitigation

Establish and implement proactive supplier health monitoring processes.

Identify high-risk suppliers and develop contingency plans.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Skills Requirements

Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for engaging with international suppliers.

Proficiency in ERP systems and supplier data management.

Ability to analyze supplier performance metrics and implement process improvements.

Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 3+ years in global supply chain, procurement, or supplier management within a fast-paced environment.
