Position Overview
The Payroll Specialist II will ensure accurate reporting of payroll information for the company's warehouse employees in addition to the reporting of information to warehouse management. The position will be responsible for a variety of general payroll tasks in the payroll department.

Maintain programs effectively and correctly, including WFM, Red Prairie, Workday, and Workbrain.
Track payroll compliance issues.
Ensure weekly warehouse payroll information is completed accurately and timely for transmission to the Corporate Payroll department.
Follow approved procedures to correct any errors that may arise with employees' pay, to include hourly, salary, and incentive pay.
Assess causes of payroll errors and recommend solutions.
