About This JobAxos is seeking a Data & Business Analyst which is cross-functional that is on a specific team to provide reporting and analytical needs, and general business analyst work. Primary focus will be in data analysis with some business analyst/operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Support data architecture management, data investigation, and data integrity

Construct, maintain, and analyze various reports including those identifying concentrations, exceptions, and other data useful to assess credit risk

Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards created from one or more data sources

Apply advanced modeling, data mining, machine learning and/or statistical techniques to data and dashboards to generate actionable insights enabling informed decision-making for optimized business and operational performance

Develop dashboard tool for senior management reporting and risk management

Support system-to-system management, data integration, data investigation, and data integrity initiatives

Create mock-ups of reporting products, scorecards, dashboards, etc. to provide visualization to the end user

Conduct root cause analysis using knowledge of application, interfaces, and technology for defect solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and system integrations.

Present findings, recommendations, and project updates in a clear and compelling format to facilitate decision-making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

2+ years' of prior experience in related field or experience

1+ year's in SQL and Tableau data visualization

1+ year's in Data Analytics

Working Knowledge of Tableau Software

Working knowledge of SQL

Understanding of databases and data warehouse knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to simplify complex concepts

Superior problem-solving skills, multi-tasking skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Demonstrated ability to learn, acquire and utilize new technologies, disciplines and frameworks as needed

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Exceptional customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Strong track record of setting and meeting delivery commitments

Preferred:

Startup experience

Experience creating diagnostic and perspective BI insights
