Job Description: The Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment and machinery. This role is crucial to ensuring our clients’ operations continue efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and diagnose mechanical issues with equipment

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on construction equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and more

Replace and repair parts as needed

Use diagnostic tools and follow technical manuals

Maintain accurate records of repairs and services

Adhere to safety procedures and regulations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred

Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Valid driver’s license
