Brake Press Operator--Experienced/First Shift

Job Description

Our client, a dynamic manufacturing organization, is seeking a Brake Press Operator--Experienced/First Shift to join their team. As a Brake Press Operator, you will be part of the assembly department supporting a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to cross-train and learn multiple jobs, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Brake Press Operator--Experienced/First Shift

Location: Scott City, MO

Pay Range: $15 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform bench-type processes to complete enclosure assemblies and sub-assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Select and use proper tools, including air, power, and hand tools.

Install gaskets, doors, and other components as required.

Verify and install necessary hardware according to instructions and drawings.

Perform quality checks on finished enclosures and accurately log jobs in and out of the computer system.

What's Needed?

A minimum of one year experience as an assembler in a manufacturing environment is required.

Excellent attendance and a positive attitude are essential.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.

Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple jobs within the assembly process.

Ability to participate in making management decisions affecting the work.
