About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic Sourcer to join our team onsite in Long Beach, CA. This role will focus on supporting our recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging candidates through various sourcing strategies. The Sourcer will work closely with recruiters to build strong talent pipelines and support hiring needs across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify candidates using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and other tools.

Research and generate new leads for current and future hiring needs.

Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Assist with posting jobs and managing inbound applications.

Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and deliver qualified candidates.

Attend team meetings, training sessions, and participate in sourcing strategy discussions.
