PCB Manager – Electronics Manufacturing
Location: Rochester Hills, MI (On-site)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM
Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $100K–$110K (Based on Experience)
Team Size: Managing a team of 4–5
An established electronics manufacturer is seeking a PCB Manager to oversee printed circuit board production and day-to-day operations. This full-time, in-person role offers competitive pay and benefits, and provides the opportunity to lead a focused, skilled team in a hands-on environment.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of PCB manufacturing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
Prior leadership or shop management experience
Familiarity with quality standards such as IPC610, IPC620, ISO9001, ISO13485 is a plus
Responsibilities
Manage a small, dedicated PCB production team
Oversee daily plant operations and ensure production goals are met
Optimize manufacturing methods and maintain clear work instructions
Coordinate with customers on design requirements and product specs
Track labor and material costs, process analytics, and quality metrics
Provide cross-functional support across materials, QA, HR, and finance
Required Skills
Hands-on leadership and ability to build a strong team culture
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ideally Epicor ERP
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive process improvement
Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100K–$110K (based on experience)
