Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Diesel Generator Sales Representative to drive sales of new and used diesel generators from top brands like Cummins, CAT, Generac, Kohler, and MTU. In addition to generator sales, there is also an opportunity for a separate sales role focused on selling service maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate for the generator sales position will have experience in power generation sales, strong industry knowledge, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities for Generator Sales Representative:

Develop and maintain relationships with industrial and commercial clients

Identify customer needs and recommend the best diesel power generation solutions

Generate leads, prepare quotes, and close sales contracts for new generators

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies

Work closely with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfactionQualifications for Generator Sales Representative:

Experience in industrial diesel generator sales or related equipment sales

Knowledge of diesel generators, transfer switches, and power solutions

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
