Behavioral Health Vice President - RN Preferred

TTF is recruiting for a VP or Behavioral Health Services for a client in the downtown Los Angeles area. This is a direct hire, full time position with outstanding benefits and a salary range of $195,000 to $210,000 per year.

This role will include managing medical staff and working with both medical and behavioral health leadership to achieve company goals. Some of the addition job duties will include the following:

Plan and document the expected services medical personnel should provide on a daily/weekly basis.

Help determine DMC allowable billing codes and create a readily accessible guide for medical providers.

Review productivity dashboard daily and implementing action plans to maximize efficiency.

Conduct chart reviews weekly to ensure appropriate documentation and lead monthly utilization meetings with both Medical and Behavioral Health leadership.

Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in Behavioral Health and Healthcare. Candidates that are RN’s with a Masters Degree and strong experience with utilization review and quality are strongly preferred.
