Automotive Repair and Service MechaniC

Salary: [$15-$30]

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM; occasional weekends

Job Summary:

As an Automotive Repair and Service Mechanic, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of vehicles, ensuring top-level safety and performance standards. You’ll work closely with other technicians .

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Repair or replace worn parts, including brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other components.

• Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.

• Perform test drives and quality checks after repairs.

• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

• Communicate with service advisors and customers about repairs, timelines, and recommendations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification prefered but not a must).

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Proficient with diagnostic tools and mechanical systems.

• ASE certification is a plus( not a requirement).

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and customer service skills.
