Job Description
We are looking for a Filed Service Forklift Mechanic/Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing Material Handling Equipment and Aerial systems.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment (all makes/models)
Perform preventative maintenance, safety checks, and fluid inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch team
Maintain accurate service records, parts logs, and inspection reports
Operate service vehicle, maintain inventory, and submit documentation
Follow safety and OSHA compliance practices at all times
Qualifications:
Experience in equipment repair (forklifts, diesel, automotive, or heavy-duty)
Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various physical conditions
Comfortable using tablets, diagnostic tools, OEM portals, and Outlook
Must own a basic set of hand tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Deadline and detail-oriented
