Job Summary:

The Director of Systems Transformation will be responsible for overseeing IT Systems Transformation, Compliance, and Infrastructure of the Company. This role requires a visionary leader who can align technology initiatives with business strategies and goals, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of all IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Transformation:

Lead the digital transformation initiatives across ERPs and Data/AI to modernize and optimize the company’s IT landscape.

Identify and implement innovative technologies (e.g. digitization, automation, AI) to enhance business processes and customer experiences.

Drive Change Initiatives - Lead and manage transformation projects to improve business processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement through technology.

Innovation Roadmap - Develop and manage a roadmap for continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Change Management:

Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.

Foster a culture of adaptability and resilience within the organization.

Artificial Intelligence:

Integrate AI and machine learning solutions to drive data-driven decision-making, insights and automation.

Identify AI technologies to enhance RH Aero offerings and operational efficiency.

Stay abreast of AI trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Cybersecurity Compliance:

Ensure the company’s IT systems and data are secure and compliant with military cybersecurity guidelines such as CMMC.

Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Work with security partners to support company cybersecurity efforts.

Global Network Infrastructure:

Oversee the management and optimization of the company’s global network infrastructure.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of network systems across all locations.

Collaborate with international teams to support global operations and connectivity

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate has 10 years of work experience, across areas include:

ERP upgrades and integration including SAP, Epicor, Adaptive or other top ERP systems,

Global and U.S. experience, collaborating well across cultures, levels and multi-functional teams.

Strong collaboration externally with multiple key suppliers and CIO networks, across Cyber-Security, CMMC compliance, network strategy, software development and hardware systems.

Managing a team, directing priorities, goals, careers and culture. Direct team includes 3 IT professionals.

You will report to RH Aero Executive Vice President & CFO, with an office located in Mason, Ohio
