Required Availability: Weekends & Weekdays, Opening (6:15a-12:15p) & Closing (12:15p-6p),

Retail Team Member Position Details:

What You'll Do as a Retail Team Member

Provide exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming guest experience.

Greet customers and engage in friendly, fun, and positive interactions.

Package in-store, online, and delivery orders with accuracy and aesthetic presentation.

Craft and serve a variety of high-quality espresso-based drinks, coffee, matcha, and specialty beverages according to company standards.

Maintain knowledge of all products, including donuts, beverages, and allergy information.

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, completing daily and weekly cleaning assignments.

Qualifications:

A love for donuts!

Current Oregon Food Handlers card

Working cell phone

An excellent fit with all Blue Star Core Values

Ability to lift up to 20lbs & stand for long periods of time

Reliable and exceptional attendance

Availability during company blackout dates
