Program Management Intern

Position Summary: The Shape Corp student engineering program provides students with the opportunity to gain exposure to the manufacturing process in a variety of engineering disciplines.

Students can enhance their college experience by working in a challenging and dynamic workplace, gaining invaluable experience for next steps in their careers.

Program Management Intern Job Functions: * Create work instructions and standard forms * Track KPIs * Pre-production trial build coordination * Manage small scope engineering changes * Update timing plans * Perform launch coordination activities * Update control plans * Perform gauge R&Rs Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, not otherwise specified in this position description.

Education & Experience * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree within an accredited program seeking degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other relevant science or engineering field.

* 3.0 GPA or higher on 4.0 GPA scale.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

* Able to work independently and with a team.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.
